Collaboration with Vigilante Coffee, Limited Release
The inspiration for Coffee Co-Lab #2 is a Mexican bean produced by Romulo Chavez, roasted locally at Vigilante Coffee Company. This bean is known for it's nutty, caramel, and earthy qualities, and with the fall weather looming, we chose to integrate it with an American Nut Brown Ale, creating a rich, malt-forward brown ale, with hints of caramel and cocoa.
